Eligibility

• Women who are pregnant
• Women who have had a baby (until infant is six months old)
• Women who are breastfeeding (until infant's first birthday)
• Infants and children under the age of five
• Must meet certain income guidelines
• Must have a nutrition related need determined by the WIC nutritionist
• Must live in Florida

Effective October 1st, 2011 WIC days will be changed. Appointments will be available on the 2nd and 4th Mondays, every Tuesday and every Thursday (with the exception of 5th days). We will no longer be open on the 1st and 3rd Mondays or Wednesdays.

The WIC office for Levy County is located next to the Levy County Health Department in Bronson. The WIC office is closed on Thursday and Friday and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday after 11:30am.
