The school health staff of Madison County is comprised of one Resisted Nurse,
one Licensed Practical nurse and six Health Support Technicians. School
health services are vital to schools because children spend over one-third of
their day at school. Without school health services children with minor
problems would not be able to come to school.
School health staff are children advocates who promote wellness, lifestyles
changes, and health education.
