anyone to attend school without having the required immunizations!
The following vaccinations must be
completed before attending kindergarten:

Tetanus, and acellular Pertussis).
The 2-dose MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella).
The completed series of Polio Vaccine.

For 7th Graders
An up-to-date Tetanus vaccine is mandatory.

need the new Tdap vaccine.
The 2-dose MMR and 3-dose Hepatitis B series
must be completed before entry into 7th grade.
HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccine is available to 9-18 year old
girls. This vaccine prevents infection by HPV that causes 70% of all
cervical cancers. The HPV vaccine is a series of three doses given over a
six month period.
Meningococcal vaccine protects against meningitis and is given at 11-12
years of age.
2 doses of Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine
(previously only 1 dose was recommended).
