Family Planning provides annual exams, various methods of birth control, pregnancy testing and takes care of minor GYN problems for all women who are in need of family planning services

Services

• Family planning, initial and annual physical examinations with related blood work and immunizations. Family planning counseling, birth control pill, Depo Provera injections

• IUD and Norplant insertions and removals

• Pregnancy Testing

• BTI and Vasectomy referrals based on financial eligibility

• Colposcopy

• Cryosurgery

• Post Partum examinations

• Hormone Replacement Therapy

Eligibility:

• Less than 55 years of age

• Open with no additional restrictions

• Prescreening Forms

Fees:

• Medicaid billed

• Sliding scale based on income (no upper limit)

• MMR $41.50; Medicaid billed

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
