Eligibility:

• 185 percent of federal poverty guidelines

• Pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding women; infants up to 1 year of age or children up to 5 years of age with a medical or nutritional problem

• Referral from Health Department, private physician or social service agency

Fees:

• No fee for WIC services

Hours:

• 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesday of each month

• Call for an appointment
