Medical Records Supervisor: Greg Accluche Medical Records is the Marion County Health Department's headquarters for securing and maintaining all patient's health records and related statistical information. The goal of Medical Records is to uphold the confidentiality of client's health record information, and protect the individual's right to privacy in the collection and disclosure of personal information in accordance to federal, state and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines.
