• Client Primary and Specialty Health Care: Medicaid, Medicare, 3rd party, payer sources billed

• Sliding scale for clients above the 100% of Federal Poverty Guidelines

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• HIV Pre/Post Test Counseling - Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Clinic visits by appointment
