• Open with no additional restrictions

Fees:

• CHD eligibility screening

• Sliding scale based on income (no upper limit)

Hours:

• Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• No appointment necessary

• First come, first served
