Thanks to the "Healthy
Communities, Healthy People" grant (obtained by the Okaloosa
County Health Department (OCHD)), the
City of FWB
unveiled its first-ever bike route in the East Brooks area of
the city. [See

The standard bike routes are in lanes that are at least four feet
wide, and are marked by symbols.
The program is an ongoing partnership effort by the City
of FWB, OCHD, & the
Emerald Coast Cyclists - to promote
multi-modal transportation & a healthy community. |
