Women's Health consists of the following programs at the Putnam County Health Department:

Family Planning Title X Clinic:

Family planning plays a key role in the prevention of an unintended pregnancy. In addition, family planning information, education and services reduce both the incidence and impact of sexually transmitted diseases through screening and treatment. Services are provided on a sliding scale fee, based on the individual's income after eligibility has been determined.

Family Planning Comprehensive Services Include:

History, physical and lab work as indicated. FDA approved methods of contraception, pregnancy testing, preconceptual and infertility counseling. Lab work for optional HIV and STD testing are also offered. All services are confidential. (Bilingual Staff)
