Dental Services
- Services are available to patients with Florida Medicaid and those who meet low income eligibility requirements.
- Services are by appointment only with daily emergency times available. Please call to set up an appointment.
- Call before 10 am if needing to be seen as an emergency (toothache).
We provide services to:
- Children ages 4-21 on Medicaid
- Children enrolled in the Headstart Program
- Children ages 4 through graduation from high school with eligibility based on household income
Services provided:
- Exams
- X-rays
- Cleanings
- Fluoride treatments
- Sealants
- Restorative (fillings)
- Extractions
