Septic Tank Inspections

OSTDS

The Environmental Health staff performs site evaluations, issues construction permits, and performs inspections on all On-site Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems, (OSTDS), commonly called septic systems. In order to obtain a permit or get an inspection on your septic system, certain forms need to be filled out and turned in to the Environmental Health department.  We have these forms available at our office or you can download them here, print them, fill them out and bring them in to us.
