Permits
Septic Permits
The Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal System (OSTDS) program requires close coordination with local building departments and contractors. The staff of the Environmental Health division of the Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County (EH) provide cost-effective, convenient, face-to-face service to the public.
When applying for a permit to install, modify or repair an OSTDS (otherwise known as a septic system), certain forms need to be filled out. As a convenience to our community and to speed up the application process, we have placed access to many of the forms here on our website so you can click on the link, print them, fill them out ahead of time and bring them in to EH.
