Pharmacy
Our clinic provides pharmacy services for clients who qualify under the state guidelines for diabetes, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, and rheumatic fever.
We provide insulin to persons who qualify financially and have no other payer source. To participate clients must provide a new prescription every 6 months and update financial information annually and as needed if anything changes. Epilepsy medications are provided though a state sponsored program to clients who qualify. Financial eligibility is determined annually and clients are to provide a new prescription every 6 to 12 months as prescribed by the physician. Rheumatic fever medications may also be provided to clients through the health department with a prescription from your doctor.
