Our clinic provides pharmacy services for clients who qualify under the state guidelines for diabetes, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, and rheumatic fever.

We provide insulin to persons who qualify financially and have no other payer source. To participate clients must provide a new prescription every 6 months and update financial information annually and as needed if anything changes.  For more information on diabetes click here: http://www.doh.state.fl.us/family/dcp/index.htmlOpens in a new window

Epilepsy medications are provided though a state sponsored program to clients who qualify.  Financial eligibility is determined annually and clients are to provide a new prescription every 6 to 12 months as prescribed by the physician.  For more information on epilepsy click here:  http://www.doh.state.fl.us/family/epilepsy/index.htmlOpens in a new window

Rheumatic fever medications may also be provided to clients through the health department with a prescription from your doctor.
