Immunizations

Immunization services are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. All childhood vaccines provided by VFC are free of charge. We also offer adult vaccines. A fee will apply. Please call 386-362-2708 ext 213 for additional information.

Adult Health

We offer a variety of healthcare services to meet the needs of the people in the community. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and United HealthCare and will bill, as a courtesy, most major insurance plans.

We currently have on staff 2 full time physicians to serve our community.

Dr. John Caroline has been with The Suwannee County Health Department since February of 2010 and sees Adult and Pediatric Patients Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pediatrics

Pediatric clinic is available every Wednesday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. We except and will bill Medicaid, CMS, and United Healthcare.
