The Suwannee County Health Department is not currently accepting new adult primary care patients beyond our current contract limits. We are accepting children from birth through age 18. If you need a primary care physician, please download this flyer for a list of primary care providers in Suwannee and Lafayette Counties. Several of these providers accept Medicaid or provide reduced fees on a sliding scale.
