Child Vaccines:

  • Vaccines are FREE to all children 6 weeks through 18 years of age

Adult Vaccines: Fees apply for all adult vaccines, prices vary, call for prices

  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tetanus/Diptheria (Td)
  • Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis (Tdap)
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
  • Influenza (Flu)
  • Shingles

Travel Vaccines:

  • The Suwannee County Health Department does NOT offer travel immunizations. Contact the Alachua County Health Department for travel vaccine information.


Recommended Well Child Visit Schedule:

  • 2 Months
  • 4 Months
  • 6 Months
  • 9 Months
  • 12 Months
  • 15 Months
  • 18 Months
  • 24 Months
  • Annually after 24 months
