Child Vaccines:
- Vaccines are FREE to all children 6 weeks through 18 years of age
Adult Vaccines: Fees apply for all adult vaccines, prices vary, call for prices
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Tetanus/Diptheria (Td)
- Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis (Tdap)
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Influenza (Flu)
- Shingles
Travel Vaccines:
- The Suwannee County Health Department does NOT offer travel immunizations. Contact the Alachua County Health Department for travel vaccine information.
Recommended Well Child Visit Schedule:
- 2 Months
- 4 Months
- 6 Months
- 9 Months
- 12 Months
- 15 Months
- 18 Months
- 24 Months
- Annually after 24 months
