The Hours of Operation are as follows:

General Clinic  -  Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Primary Care - Monday thru Friday    8:30am - 3:00pm

Vitals Statistics - Birth and Death Certificates    8:00 - 4:00pm

Environmental Health  -  Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Water Samples Received - Monday thru Wednesday 8:00am - 2:00pm

WIC - 2nd, 3rd and 4th Friday of each Month

Please be aware there are LIMITED SERVICES between 12:00pm and 1:00pm.
