Family Planning

Services

The Bradford County Health Department offers the following family planning services.

·         Pregnancy Testing                     

·         Physical Exams including pap smear and breast examinations

·         Contraception (birth control methods) as prescribed by clinic practitioners

·         Sterilization referrals for men and women

·         No abortion services provided

·         Family planning education

·         Counseling and referrals

Eligibility

No income eligibility.  Family planning services are open to all women of childbearing age.

Cost

Services are based on ability to pay (sliding fee scale).

Appointments

Family Planning services are available Monday through Friday.  New Patient appointments and Annual Exams are available on Mondays and Thursdays. Open Access appointments are available.  Please call 904-964-7732 for more information.
