Mobile Homes And Recreational Parks

Mobile home and recreational vehicle parks are defined as a place set aside and offered by a person, for either direct or indirect remuneration of the owner, leaser, or operator of such a place, for the parking, accommodation, or rental of five or more mobile homes or recreational vehicles.
 

Permits are valid from October 1^ST through September 30^TH and must be applied for and renewed annually.  For more information and to download an application,  click here or call (904) 964-7732.

Fees:  Minimum $100.00 + $4.00 per space to a maximum of $600.00
