Onsite Water Treatments and Disposal Systems

Commonly referred to as septic tanks, these systems provide a viable wastewater treatment and disposal options for residential and commercial applications when central sewerage service is not available.

Permits

All proposed new installations, repairs, modifications and approvals of existing systems require a permit from the Bradford County Health Department.  Applications are available in the Environmental Health office at the health department located at 1801 N. Temple Avenue, Starke, Florida.

You may pick up a packet and fill out the required information and bring back to the Health Department with the Zoning Packet, Floor Plan and a Legal Description.  For more information and to download an application packet,  click here.
