IM/Commercial Operating Permits

Businesses that use onsite waste water disposal systems on industrial or IM-zoned properties and some commercial businesses require a permit to operate such systems.  Inspections and permitting of these systems are required to protect community from pollution.

Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) / Performance Based System Permits

Operating permits are required for these types of systems to ensure proper maintenance and operation of the systems.  Inspections are conducted to monitor proper operation and maintenance is being performed by the permit holders.
