The Charlotte County Health Department
offers immunizations at its 2 clinic locations, and at various schools. You can also take your child to a Back to School event where Health Department staff offers shots.
We provide required childhood immunizations at no cost to you. Visit our School Health page for more information on immunizations and see what is required for your child to attend school. See the recommended immunization schedules.
*If this your first time visit for immunizations, bring child's
social security card and past shot records.*
Child must be brought in by custodial parent or have a written notarized (.pdf / 400.45kb) letter from the parent with a phone
number for contact for that day along with complete immunization

We offer the following adult vaccinations for a fee:
Hepatitis A & B Vaccine
Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) Vaccine
Influenza (Flu) Vaccine
Varicella (chickenpox) Vaccine -call for an appointment.

PPD's (TB tests) are given Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Clients must return to the clinic two (2) days after test is
administered for test results to be read.
