Children's Dental Services

Children's Dental Clinic provided by Baker/Clay Dental Clinic

Monday thru Thursday

Call 904-531-9695 for an appointment.

Services include screenings, x-rays, cleanings, fillings and extractions. Children ages 3-20 must have one of the following insurances: Medicaid, Sunshine State Health Plan, First Coast Advantage, United Healthcare Medicaid, CMS/Pedicare, or Dentaquest through Kid Care.

There is also a Children's Dental Bus available the first week of every month at WE Cherry Elementary School located at 420 West Edson Drive, Orange Park, FL 32073. For an appointment and service offerings, call 1-866-617-8708 ext. 2282.

Adult Dental Services

Adult "Free" Volunteer Dental Clinic provided by ClayCountySmiles.Com

20 clients selected by lottery drawing at 7am. Clients should be on site by 6:45am and MUST be Clay County residents. No charge for services - donations accepted.
