This program is
managed by a Registered Nurse and a Social Worker, and is available by financial
eligibility only. In order to qualify, an applicant must prove financial
eligibility, and prove ineligible for other area programs. The program managers
can assist clients through this process.
Actual medical
services, physicians, specialists, diagnostic testing, treatments, etc. are
donated by area providers. Therefore, this un-funded program depends on the
generosity of community providers. Approximately 700 clients are served
annually, and approximately $250,000 work of medical services are donated
annually.
