The Adult Health Clinic provides physicals for pre-employment or school entrance. Medications for Epilepsy, Diabetes, and Rheumatic Heart Disease are provided through special state programs. Adult immunizations are provided through this clinic.

Screening for chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer) is provided through the Adult Health Clinic and on a mobile unit. In addition, health screening programs are offered to community employers for their employees. This program includes laboratory testing, health risk assessment, hypertension screening, health education, referral and follow-up.

Florida Department of Health in Manatee County is the Lead County for the Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, a federal grant administered by the CDC.  Our program covers the cost of cervical and breast cancer screenings.  Please call us to see if you qualify: 1-866-430-1586..  We serve residents of Manatee, Sarasota, Desoto, Charlotte, Lee, Collier, Hendry and Glades counties.  Please complete our application if you are interested and mail to:
