All Clinical Services are done by appointment. To schedule an appointment please call (941) 748-0747 x1456. Clinic Fees for Clients

The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm except on the 3rd Wednesday afternoon of each month
from 1:00pm till 5:00pm due to Staff Meeting and In-Service Training.
