Walton County Health Improvement Partnership The Walton County Health Improvement Partnership (COMPASS)
is a community based initiative to improve the health and quality of life in
Walton County. The initiative is driven by the Mobilizing for Action through
Planning and Partnerships (MAPP)
process developed by the National Association of County and City Health
Officials (NACCHO), Public Health Practice Program office, and the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
