Pharmacy Benefit Management
The CMS Network manages its pharmacy benefit through
a pharmacy benefit manager, MedImpact Healthcare Systems.
MedImpact maintains the approved prescription drug CMS Network Formulary
and the list of approved CMS Network Pharmacies.
The MedImpact Formulary, as accessed below, is a list of all
pharmaceuticals available within the CMS Network. However, some CMS Network
clients will not have all items on the formulary available within their specific
benefit package. These clients should contact their respective CMS Network
Care Coordinators regarding their prescription drug coverage.
To access the CMS Network Formulary Lookup and Pharmacy Locator,
you may enter the information from a 'pseudo' patient. Please click on
the needed link below and enter the following information:
