Division of CMS Network & Related Programs

The mission of the Division of CMS Network & Related Programs is to champion excellence in the delivery of health care for children with special needs.

The CMS Network/Managed Care is a comprehensive system of managed care for Medicaid or Florida KidCare children with special medical needs who are enrolled in the CMS Network.  For children who do not qualify for managed care, the CMS Network/Traditional Care is available to meet specified medical needs.  Services are provided through 20 local CMS area offices located throughout the state.  A team of trained nursing and social work professionals and support staff at each CMS office, coordinate primary and specialty care services with the family through their local medical community.  CMS maintains a statewide panel of physicians who are experienced and credentialed in pediatrics and related subspecialties.

CMS Network Headquarters offices are located in Tallahassee in the Department of Health.  The Division of CMS Network and Related Programs includes the Bureau of Network Administration and the Bureau of Network Operations.
