Welcome to the Neighborhood Emergency Preparedness Program (NEPP) toolkit. This toolkit is intended primarily for County Health Department (CHD) NEPP coordinators and community site leads to organize and educate communities to increase their level of preparedness and resiliency in handling all types of emergency incidents. The toolkit assumes that users possess a basic understanding of NEPP. You may use any of this information as a starting point for work within your organization or with partners in the community.
