Community Programs Services
The Department of Health funds 14 Ryan White Part B HIV Care Consortia within Florida. Each consortium acts in an advisory capacity to the HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis Program for the purpose of planning and prioritizing the service needs of individuals infected with HIV.
The purpose of a consortium is to plan, develop and deliver comprehensive outpatient health and support services to meet the identified need of individuals with HIV disease within the specified geographic areas. Membership on an HIV Care Consortia is open to all interested individuals and participation by persons with HIV is particularly encouraged.

HRSA Monitoring Standards
HRSA has designed standards to provide clear guidance to Ryan White Part B grantees and providers about HRSA/HAB expectations in terms of monitoring provider performance. Case Management Manual
This document provides the policies and procedures for the consortia and lead agency staff to follow directly or through sub contracts on case management procedures set forth by HRSA and the HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis Program. This document is incorporated by reference in the Ryan White Part B and General Revenue contracts. Training - Eligibility
This takes you to the registration page for all training regarding eligibility. All staff providing these services funded by the HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis Program and Patient Care contract managers is required to attend upon being hired. Other staff including, Part A and C, HIV/AIDS Program Coordinators, Regional Minority AIDS Coordinators are encouraged to attend. Core Eligibility Training
Consumer Advisory Group (CAG)
The CAG is a group of twenty (20) HIV+ consumers from around Florida selected through an application process and reflective of the profile of the epidemic in Florida.

Statewide Comprehensive Plan
This document is the 2009-2012 statewide comprehensive plan developed in conjunction with community planning partners throughout the state.
