Rewarding Adherence to Medication Program (RAMP)
RAMP is an adherence program designed for medically stable
clients who have picked up their ADAP medications consistently for one year and/or have undetectable viral load. This program allows clients to receive 90 days of medications at a time, rather than the standard 30 days.
RAMP is currently suspended
as a cost containment measure.
ADAP Wrap-Around Pilot Project (AWAPP)
AWAPP assists ADAP eligible clients, who have Medicare and whose income is between 135% and 150% of the
Federal Poverty Level, with the out-of-pocket costs of their Medicare Part D annual deductible, co-insurance, and drug co-payments. In order to qualify for AWAPP, you must be determined eligible for Patient Care Core Eligibility, have Medicare part D and have applied for Low Income Subsidy (LIS) through the Social Security Administration.
For more information on AWAPP, please contact your local AIDS Drug Assistance Program Office, or visit the Health Council of South Florida website.
ADAP provides vaccines and medications for ADAP eligible clients co-infected with Hepatitis. In order to qualify for Hepatitis C treatment, clients must meet the ADAP program qualifications, have been diagnosed with Hepatitis C, and have at least one valid prescription for a hepatitis medication on the ADAP formulary.
For more information on Hepatitis C treatment, please contact your local AIDS Drug Assistance Program Office.
