Rules & Regulations
The Florida Administrative Codes are now available online. A link to
this website is provided below. The link will take you to Chapter 64 of
the Florida Administrative Codes which contains code requirements for
disease control. Specific rules for HIV/AIDS are available in section
64D-2 and rules on sexually transmitted disease and tuberculosis can be
found in section 64D-3. You will need to note the section of Chapter 64
you will need.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE FAC ONLINE:
The Florida Administrative Code (FAC) is a compilation of the rules
and regulations of state agencies that have been filed with the
Department of State pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 120, Florida
Statutes.
Chapter 1 - DEPARTMENT OF STATE
(1) The main menu will display the chapter number and chapter title.
(2) Simply click on the chapter name to enter a particular chapter.
This will display documents in "PDF" format.
(3) The left screen will display a menu of all chapters. Click on a
chapter to display the documents within that chapter. Clicking on the
plus sign next to a chapter will display a list of linked rule sections.
(4) When in a document, use the "BACK" key to return to the
main menu.
(5) To print, use the ADOBE toolbar at the top of the screen.
