The Quality Improvement and Clinical Issues (QI/Clinical) Section is the public face of the Immunization Program. Section staff prepare Immunization Program announcements, answer all inquiries from the public, provide clinical assistance to healthcare providers, and review and analyze proposed legislation.
The QI/Clinical Section is also responsible for preparation and distribution of all printed and electronic educational materials. Staff maintain the Immunization Program's website, prepare all brochures, posters, flyers, forms, and manuals. The Section also prepares the quarterly newsletter, IMMU-NEWS, coordinates immunization related public surveys, and develops presentations and training materials.
