FL 21-12 Increase the proportion of low-income children and adolescents who received any preventive dental service during the past year
FL 21-8 Increase the proportion of children who have received dental sealants on their molar teeth

FL 30-3 Reduce domestic violence injuries in Florida

Indicator 3 Objectives
FL 6-1 Organize services for children with special health care needs in ways that families can use them easily
FL 6-2 Families of CSHCN participation in decision making and satisfaction with services
FL 6-3 Youth with special health care needs receipt of services necessary to transition to all aspects of adult life, including from pediatric to adult health care, from school to employment and to independence. This would include the development of a youth advisory board and services to connect CSHCN adolescents when they go out-of-state for school

Fl 31-1 Improve the early identification of young children and their families in need of Early Intervention Services.
Fl 31-3 Increase the proportion of very low birth weight (VLBW) infants born at Level III hospitals or subspecialty perinatal centers
FL 28-11 Increase the proportion of newborns who have been screened for hearing impairment before hospital discharge

FL 8-11 Eliminate elevated blood lead levels in children
FL 24-2a Reduce Asthma hospitalizations for children and youth
FL 24-2d Reduce Asthma rehospitalizations for children and youth

Indicator 6 Objectives
FL 14-22 Achieve and maintain effective vaccination coverage levels for universally recommended vaccines among young children
FL 14-24 Increase the proportion of young children and adolescents who receive all vaccines that have been recommended for universal administration in Florida
FL 14-24a Percent of children aged 19 to 35 months who receive the recommended vaccines (4DTaP, 3 polio, 1 MMR, 3 Hib, 3 hep B)

FL 15-15a Reduce deaths caused by motor vehicle crashes in children, youth and young adults in Florida
FL 15-16 Reduce child youth and young adult pedestrian deaths in Florida

FL 16-6 Increase the proportion of pregnant women who begin prenatal care in the first trimester and receive a Healthy Start Screen.

FL 19-5 Increase high school students' consumption of five or more fruits and vegetables per day
FL 19-11 Increase high school students' daily intake of calcium

FL 19-3 Reduce the proportion of children and adolescents who are overweight
FL 19-3d Reduce the proportion of high school students who risk their health by using unhealthy dieting practices

Indicator 12 Objectives
FL 22-6 Increase the proportion of adolescents who engage in moderate physical activity for at least 30 minutes on 5 or more of the previous 7 days
FL 22-7 Increase the proportion of adolescents who engage in vigorous physical activity that promotes cardiorespiratory fitness 3 or more days per week for 20 or more minutes per occasion

FL 9-7 Reduce pregnancies, births, and repeat births among adolescent females
FL 13-17 Reduce new cases of perinatally acquired HIV infection
FL 25-1 Reduce the proportion of adolescents 15 to 19 years of age with Chlamydia trachomatis infections
FL 25-2 Reduce gonorrhea among 15 to 19 year olds
FL 25-9 Reduce congenital syphilis
FL 25-11 Increase the proportion of adolescents who abstain from sexual intercourse or use condoms if currently sexually active

Indicator 14 Objectives
FL 16-17 Increase abstinence from alcohol, cigarettes, and illicit drugs among pregnant women
FL 26-10 Reduce past-month use of illicit substances by high school and middle school students
FL26-11a Reduce the proportion of 8th grade and 12th grade students engaging in binge drinking of alcoholic beverages
FL 26-6 Reduce the proportion of adolescents who report that they rode, during the previous 30 days, with a driver who had been drinking alcohol

Indicator 15 Objectives
FL 27-6 Decrease the percentage of women who report using tobacco while pregnant.
FL 27-2 Decrease the percentage of students who use tobacco products
FL 27-10 Reduce the percentage of Florida middle and high school students who report being exposed to secondhand smoke.

Indicator 16 Objectives
Fl 35-1 Improve the early and continuous screening of all children for special health care needs through ongoing well-child check-ups
FL1-4b Increase the proportion of children, youth and young adults aged 0 to 24 who have a medical home
