Moms and Babies Be Healthy Stay Healthy

The 2nd Edition of the "Moms and Babies, Be Healthy Stay Healthy" handbook is now available for order from the Department of Health Distribution Center. This handbook includes information, written on a seventh grade-reading level, covering topics surrounding preconception, pregnancy, parenting and infant health. The books are available in both English and Spanish and must be purchased in quantities of 50.
