Objectives

Upon completion of this training the participant will be able to:

1. Identify characteristics of an effective leader.
   
    
2. Identify behaviors that hinder leadership.
   
    
3. List seven different styles of leadership.
   
    
4. Describe the advantage of leading with a facilitative style compared with other leadership styles.
   
    
5. Identify behaviors that enhance communication.
