Welcome to the Infant, Maternal and Reproductive Health Self-Study Training Modules. Please follow the links in the order presented and when you have completed the module, you will be able to print out a Certificate of Completion. This is a self-paced exercise and is being presented for your knowledge and information. In some cases, this course may be a requirement of your job description. Objectives

Upon completion of this training the participant will be able to:

  1. Explain the goals of Healthy Start (HS), the role of the Healthy Start Coalitions (HSC) and the role of Healthy Families Florida (HFF).

  2. State Healthy Start and Healthy Families collaborative ?Best Practice? guidelines.

  3. Explain the purpose, content and administration of the prenatal and infant risk screens.

  4. Identify various Healthy Start Screening Reports.
