Introduction

The Office of Inspector General is established in each state agency to provide a central point for coordination of and responsibility for activities that promote accountability, integrity, and efficiency in government. [Section 20.055, Florida Statutes]

Our Office has developed mission, goals, vision, and values statements to guide our work.  To accomplish our mission and goals, the Office of the Inspector General (HIG) is divided into three main functions:

          (1) Audits,
          (2) Investigations
          (3) Management Reviews
