Clinical
Social Work – The ASWB Clinical Level Examination is available
through computer based testing (by appointment) at ACT testing centers
located throughout the United States. You must have made application
and received approval from the Board prior to scheduling this
examination. The passing score for the Clinical Social Worker Exam is a
Scaled score of 75.
Marriage and Family Therapy The national exam is
administered by computer based testing. The exam is offered three times
per year with each administration spanning a four-week window of time during
which the exam candidates can schedule themselves for the exam after approval
from the board office and registering with Professional Examination Services.
The exam is administered at Prometric Testing Services located in major
cities throughout the United States. The national examination is developed
by the Examination Advisory Committee of the Association of Marital and Family
Therapy Regulatory Boards (AMFTRB) and the Professional Examination Services.
The passing score for the Marriage and Family Therapy Exam is a
scaled score of 75.
Mental Health Counselor: Starting September 2006,
the National Clinical Mental Health Counselors Examination (NCMHCE) is a
clinical scenario examination delivered in a computer-based testing
format. Board-eligible candidates send NCMHCE registration form and fee
to the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) prior to
scheduling an individual test appointment through Applied Measurement
Professionals, (“AMP”), at test sites in major Florida cities or any
site across the U.S. The passing score is determined by NBCC and
accepted by the Board. |
