EXAMINATION ADMINISTRATION is responsible for the administration and security of examinations.
Administration of Exams
Examination Administration manages approximately one hundred and twenty-five (125) examination administrations per year. It ensures that all examinations are administered following uniform test administration standards to assure the reliability of examinations. Examinations are administered in cities such as Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Tallahassee, Ft. Lauderdale, Gainesville, and Tampa.
Examination Schedule
This schedule is released with the understanding that circumstances beyond the Department's control may require changes in dates and locations without announcements. Official notification is sent to certified candidates approximately thirty (30) days in advance of an examination confirming site location and reporting time. This schedule applies only to department-administered examinations.
