The Operational Support Services Section (OPS) is responsible for contract procurement, contract management, purchasing, reimbursement services, and meeting planning for the regulatory boards. OPS is also responsible for querying and reporting to the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB), conducting background screenings of profiled professions at renewal (in-state, name-based), issuing Denial of Renewals for violations of section 456.0635, Florida Statutes, as well as the development and administration of laws and rules examinations.
