Can't find your practitioner?

Search again using only the practitioner's name.

You will get all the practitioners with that name licensed in the state of Florida.

Too many practitioners' names?

If you get too many practitioners' names when you search, do the search again and choose a city or county.

You will get practitioners in that city or county only.

Not sure about spelling?

If you are not sure how to spell the practitioner's name, just type the first 3 letters of the last name. You will get the names of all practitioners whose names begin with those letters.
