Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern Renewal Information
Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, March 31, 2013
The process of renewing a license may take two to three weeks. Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.
Delinquent licenses that expired on March 31, 2011 become null and void on April 1, 2013.
There are no continuing education renewal requirements for registered interns. If you have completed the minimum requirement of supervised experience as a registered intern but have not completed the requirements for licensure, please review the following rule. 64B4-3.008 Supervision Required until Licensure.
