Paramedic Recertification Information
Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, December 1, 2014
The process of renewing a license may take two to three weeks. Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.
Voluntary inactive certification holders will not receive a renewal notice.This profession is not eligible to enter into retired status.

An application for recertification received by the department more than 180 days after the expiration date of the certificate shall be denied. Such a certificate holder is ineligible for recertification and must meet the requirements for initial certification.
