Renewal Information

Radiologist Assistant Renewal Information

Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, on the last day of the birth month for each licensee.

The process of renewing a license may take two to three weeks. Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.

Delinquent (Expired) and Inactive licensees will not receive a renewal notice.

This profession is not eligible to enter into retired status.

Renewing DURING the Renewal Period
An additional $40.00 will be charged for each certification added after the first.
Active to Active $55.00
Active to Inactive $40.00
Inactive to Active $55.00
   
Renewing AFTER the Renewal Period
An additional $40.00 will be charged for each certification added after the first.
Active to Active $155.00

Reactivation Requirements

  • Voluntary Inactive to Active - contact us
  • A certificate that has been inactive or expired for 10 years or more automatically becomes NULL and VOID and may not be reactivated.
