Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, on December 31, 2012.

The process of renewing a license may take two to three weeks.  Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.

Delinquent licenses that expired on December 31, 2010 become null and void on January 1, 2013.

  • CNAs are required to obtain in-service hours (a total of 24 in-service hours in calendar years 2011 and 2012) and maintain records of attendance of in-service hours for a period of 4 years.
