Florida State-Funded College or University, Florida State Agency or Federal Government Agency Payments 

NOTE: Non-Florida or Private agencies or colleges and universities must pay with check or money order.

If you are a State-Funded College or University, State Agency, a Federal Government Agency, a Legislator, or law enforcement agency you are not required to submit payment with your request. However, we will process only the first information request free of charge.  Subsequent requests for the same information and special requests that require more than the standard CD will be subject to charges.
