For Initial Licensure
All Medical Physicists are required to complete two (2) hours in the area of medical errors (pursuant to Rule 64B23-2(4), F.A.C.) upon initial licensure.
For Renewal of License
All Medical Physicists must complete:
- 21 hours of approved general continuing education (CE)
- One (1) hour of HIV/AIDs CE
- Two (2) hours of in the area of medical errors
